Ingredients:
- 1 cup of uncooked rice - 200g spanner crab meat (cooked and peeled) - 1 cup of edamame beans (shelled) - 2 tablespoons tobiko (flying fish roe) - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1 tablespoon sesame oil - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon sugar - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 green onion, thinly sliced - Nori seaweed, for garnish (optional)
