Cajun Cabbage

Here's a simple recipe for Cajun Cabbage:

Ingredients:
- 1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced - 1 onion, chopped - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 bell pepper, chopped - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste) - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until they become tender and slightly caramelized. 3. Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet. Stir well to incorporate the vegetables. 4. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper over the cabbage mixture. Stir to evenly coat the vegetables. 5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Allow the cabbage to cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until it becomes tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. 6. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. 7. Once the cabbage is cooked to your desired tenderness, remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish.
