Shish kebab

Here's a simple shish kebab recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) boneless meat (beef, lamb, chicken, or a combination) - 1 large bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks - 1 large onion, cut into chunks - 1 zucchini, sliced - 8-10 cherry tomatoes - Wooden or metal skewers

Marinade:
- ¼ cup olive oil - 3 tablespoons soy sauce - 2 tablespoons lemon juice - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon paprika - 1 teaspoon cumin - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. 2. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade. 4. Pour the marinade over the meat and toss to coat it evenly. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor. 5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 6. Assemble the kebabs by alternating pieces of marinated meat, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes on the skewers. 7. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender. 8. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. 9. Serve the shish kebabs with rice, salad, or pita bread. Enjoy!
