Here's a delicious and simple manicotti recipe for you:

Ingredients:
- 12 manicotti shells - 2 cups ricotta cheese - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 1 egg, beaten - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - Salt and pepper, to taste - 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions:
1. Cook the manicotti shells according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent them from sticking together. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. 5. Use a spoon or piping bag to stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture. Arrange the filled shells in a single layer in the baking dish. 6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells. 7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. 8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden. 9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. 10. Enjoy your homemade manicotti!
