Barbecued salmon in wasabi and soy

Here's a recipe for barbecued salmon in wasabi and soy:

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1 tablespoon sesame oil - 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon wasabi paste - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup - 2 tablespoons lime juice - Salt and pepper, to taste - Sesame seeds, for garnish - Sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, wasabi paste, minced garlic, honey (or maple syrup), and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the fillets, making sure they are evenly coated. Marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor. 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking. 4. Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Reserve the marinade for basting. 5. Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill, skin-side down. Close the lid and cook for about 4-5 minutes. 6. Carefully flip the salmon using a spatula or tongs, and brush the top with the reserved marinade. Close the lid and continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 7. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. 8. Serve the barbecued salmon hot, alongside steamed rice or your favorite side dishes. Enjoy! Remember to adjust cooking times based on the thickness of your salmon fillets, as thicker cuts may require more time on the grill.
