Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 2 tablespoons honey - 1 tablespoon minced ginger - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon sesame oil - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil - Salt and pepper, to taste - Green onions, sliced (for garnish) - Sesame seeds (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and lightly grease it. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are coated evenly. 4. Let the salmon marinate for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse. 5. Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 6. While the salmon is baking, you can brush some of the marinade over the fillets a couple of times to enhance the flavors. 7. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. 8. Serve the soy-ginger salmon with steamed rice and your choice of vegetables. Enjoy your delicious soy-ginger salmon!
