Ingredients:
- 8 ounces penne pasta - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained - 1 teaspoon dried basil - 1 teaspoon dried oregano - Salt and pepper to taste - 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced - Fresh basil leaves, torn (for garnish) Instructions: 1.
