lemon chicken

Here's a simple and delicious lemon chicken recipe:

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2 lemons - 4 cloves of garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon dried oregano - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Squeeze the juice from both lemons into a small bowl. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the garlic and oil mixture over them. Make sure each piece is well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. 4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 5. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the center. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts. 6. While grilling, baste the chicken with the lemon juice mixture, occasionally turning the chicken to ensure even coating. Keep some of the lemon juice mixture for serving. 7. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then drizzle the remaining lemon juice mixture over the chicken before serving. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. 9. Serve the lemon chicken with your favorite sides like rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad. Enjoy your tasty homemade lemon chicken!
