Honey Whiskey Glazed Ham

Here's a recipe for whiskey and honey glazed ham:

Ingredients:
- 1 fully cooked ham (bone-in or boneless) - 1/2 cup whiskey - 1/2 cup honey - 1/3 cup brown sugar - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). 2. In a small saucepan, combine the whiskey, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Stir well and heat over medium heat until the mixture starts to simmer. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat. 3. Place the ham in a large roasting pan and score the surface in a crisscross pattern with a sharp knife. 4. Brush the whiskey and honey glaze generously over the entire surface of the ham. Make sure to get the glaze into the scored lines. 5. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound of ham. Baste the ham every 30 minutes with the glaze from the bottom of the pan. 6. About 20 minutes before the ham is done, remove the foil and continue roasting to allow the glaze to caramelize and create a golden crust. You can baste it once more before returning it to the oven. 7. The ham is done when the internal temperature reaches about 140°F (60°C). Remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. 8. Serve the whiskey and honey glazed ham warm, and optionally drizzle any remaining glaze over the slices for added flavor.

Enjoy your delicious whiskey and honey glazed ham!
