Cheeseburger Pizza

Here's a simple recipe for a cheeseburger pizza:

Ingredients:
- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) - Ground beef (about 1/2 pound or 225 grams) - 1/2 cup pizza sauce - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/4 cup diced onions - 1/4 cup diced pickles - 1/4 cup diced tomatoes - 1/4 cup ketchup - 1/4 cup mustard - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the pizza dough package or about 450°F (230°C). 2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. 4. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a greased baking sheet or a pizza stone. 5. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. 6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the sauce, distributing them evenly. 7. Scatter the cooked ground beef, diced onions, pickles, and tomatoes on top of the cheese. 8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown. 9. While the pizza is baking, mix together the ketchup and mustard in a small bowl. 10. Once the pizza is cooked, remove it from the oven and drizzle the ketchup and mustard sauce over the top. 11. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve! Enjoy your homemade cheeseburger pizza!
