Ingredients: - 1 cup beef mince - 1 large onion, finely chopped - 2 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon ground cumin - 1 teaspoon ground coriander - 1 teaspoon ground turmeric - 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste) - Salt, to taste - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander (cilantro) - Spring roll pastry sheets (thawed if frozen) - Vegetable oil, for frying Instructions: 1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion turns translucent. 2. Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking up any lumps with a spatula or fork. 3. Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
