Thai style grilled beef

 Thai style grilled beef, also known as "Neua Yang" in Thai, is a delicious beef dish that is popular in Thailand. Here's a simple recipe to make it at home:



Ingredients:

- 1 pound beef sirloin

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1/4 cup fish sauce

- 1/4 cup oyster sauce

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic

- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions:

1. Prepare the marinade by mixing together the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, garlic, cilantro, and black pepper in a bowl.

2. Cut the beef into thin slices or small cubes.

3. Add the beef to the marinade and mix well.

4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

5. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

6. Grill the beef for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until it is cooked to your liking.
