super crispy chicken tenders

 Ingredients:

- 1 lb. chicken tenderloins

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp. garlic powder

- 1 tsp. paprika

- 1 tsp. onion powder

- 1 tsp. salt

- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

- 2 eggs

- 1/4 cup whole milk

- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

- Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

3. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

4. In a third shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.

5. Dip each chicken tenderloin into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

6. Dip the flour-coated chicken into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly and pressing the mixture onto the chicken.

7. Place the coated chicken on a separate plate.

8. Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

9. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken tenders to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

10. Fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

11. Using tongs, transfer the chicken tenders to the prepared baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven to keep warm while you finish frying the remaining chicken tenders.

12. Serve the chicken tenders hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
