Ginger Beef Stir Fry

 Ginger Beef Stir Fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Here is a simple recipe to make Ginger Beef Stir Fry:



Ingredients:

- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into thin strips

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 tablespoon canola oil

- 2 teaspoons minced garlic

- 1 tablespoon minced ginger

- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1 onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 tablespoon honey

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the beef strips and toss to coat.

2. Heat the canola oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.

3. Add the beef strips and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

4. Add the bell peppers and onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
