blackberry pie

 Here is an easy recipe for blackberry pie:



Ingredients:

- 2 unbaked pie crusts

- 4 cups fresh blackberries

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 tbsp unsalted butter


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Roll out one pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish.

3. In a large bowl, mix together blackberries, sugar, flour, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.

4. Pour the blackberry mixture into the prepared pie crust.

5. Dot the butter on top of the filling.

6. Roll out the second pie crust and cut into strips or shapes to make a lattice pattern on top of the pie.

7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

8. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
