crispy chicken


 Here is a simple recipe for crispy chicken:


Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 2 teaspoons paprika

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 eggs

- 1/4 cup milk

- 2 cups panko bread crumbs

- Cooking oil


Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).


2. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.


3. In another shallow dish, beat eggs and milk together.


4. In a third shallow dish, place panko bread crumbs.


5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.


6. Take each chicken breast, coat it in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg mixture and finally coat it in the panko bread crumbs.


7. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.


8. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and crispy.


9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
